In the past there has been some discussion and inquiries regarding a recent Editorial Statement published on R.V. Bey Publications regarding Moors Publishing or posting their private information on public registries which read as follows:

We have received emails in concern about posting private information, pictures, and proclamations on ANY website as it relates to your Nationality.  It is NOT advised to do so.  Moors are PRIVATE.  No one ought to be able to go to ANY website and click and get personal and private information and pictures.  As a Moor, you only need to make Notice to proper Departments of State, for the Record, and recognize that “Notice to the Principles is Notice to the Agent and Notice to the Agent is Notice to the Principle”.   If you are making a National Proclamation, it ought to be with a Moorish government entity and not a non-government.  As well there are only TWO things happening on this continent in the Moors Ancestral Estate /National Domicile – North America, and that is either the Pyramid or the subordinate Eagle, as an Official Government Seal.  Of course, you are NOT under the Eagle or any of it’s enclaves and any Corporate State is for members/citizens of a corporate state (Union State), of which you are not.  Also, be sure you are NOT dealing with a 501C-Corporation while making your National Allodial Proclamation, as clearly a 501C comes under the jurisdiction of and as a corporation, whether non-profit or not.  If anything, post the PX of the PUBLIC Servants / Trustees of the Corporate (Union) States, after all, they are Public, and as a Public Trustee, they are violating the Law, of which they are entrusted NOT to violate against the people’s Rights and Liberties.  Do you think you could go to a website in China, Russia, Japan, or anywhere, and get the personal information and pictures of the Nationals there?  If there is a need for your personal information, it ought to be done via a written request, at your authority/permission in regards to any inquest.  Therefore we do not post personal proclamations on our site(s).”

With us having received numerous e-mail and phone inquiries on the above matter and even more specific questions regarding whether or not Moors should be registering their I.D. Cards and other personal information with their respective local Clerk of Courts and/or other public registries, we recognized there to be somewhat of a significant disconnect in the minds of many regarding a number of Basic Issues regarding what some call: “Nationalizing and/or Nationalization” and Proclaiming ones Spiritual and Political Status; (spiritual and political because this is a Divine and National Movement.)  The primary disconnect as I see it is that many newly coming into the previously hidden knowledge of their true Nationality are still operating under the auspices of the impression that Nationalizing is like joining a club of some sort when nothing could be further from the truth; even though that is how the Governance Run Media would misrepresent and portray the activity.   What some call: “Nationalization and/or Nationalizing” is the Formal Proclamation Process one undertakes or goes through following the consciousness paradigm shift which naturally occurs when a Moor’s instinctive sense of the “Big Lie” has been confirmed, freeing or animating one’s self-awareness along with the inner-understanding of their natural Indigenous Moorish American rebirth of National Pride; and an important aspect of that pride is the wholehearted awareness of self-being synonymous with their individual right of private persona; no longer operating as or allowing others to treat you as Chattel Property.          

And in keeping with that, first and right off the bat, we too are emphatically, ardently, and vehemently apposed to encouraging (in any manner) Moors to register their private information (addresses and the like) in any Governance controlled public registry, forum or depository open to the public, be it a Colorable Governmental Authority or not.  Your Private information is to be kept just that, PRIVATE!  Anyone telling you otherwise is misleading you, plain and simple.  Like all other unalienable God-Given Rights, your right to privacy is your own!  Without any ambiguity, either it is your’s, or it is not! Simple as that!  There’s ABSOLUTELY nothing regarding this matter that should remain unclear. 

It is also important however to differentiate filing or registering (let’s say) your Moorish I.D. Card (containing the Private information) with an entity such as the Clerk of The Court or other Township, City, County or State Municipal Public Records Department and/or by way of, what is known as, self Publishing of your Name Correction and/or Proclamation; or, for those without their own Internet resources, taking advantage of FREE Publishing Services to accomplish the same task, services such as that offered by MoorishDirectory.com in which you can send in a PDF copy of the aforementioned documents for posting on the Internet Free of Charge.  The difference here being first that those documents (your Name Correction and Nationalization Documents) should not be containing your private information (address, phone number or photograph, etc.) and secondly; Proclamations are usually for the most part within themselves commonly understood and considered to be Public Notices, pridefully made known, similar to one proudly placing their Nation’s Flag in their front yard or doorway.   Your I.D. Card, on the other-hand, is and should remain recognized as a Private Document, just as would any other article containing such personal information as your address, photograph, health information, and any other matters not generally accessible to the public; and is to be safeguarded as such, PRIVATE!  Wherein, your Nationalization Proclamation or Name Correction Proclamation (casting off the Europeans’ Brand) contains no such sensitive information and should generally be regarded by most as an article of pride, worthy of publishing. 

An additional reason as to why we offer our Free Publishing Service is that we have had a number of individuals contact us inquiring as to whether or not we would be in a position to assist them with the funds required to send out their properly registered document copies to all of the suggested Protocol’s noted Official Corporate Principles; in that the expense of doing so for many has been cost prohibited and they fear not being in a position to meet what “they feel” are (or have been told or personally interpreted as being) requirements of proper Nationalization procedures.   Following significant deliberation on the matter we arrive at what we feel is a logical position.  Providing this Public Service affords such individuals (with lesser economic wherewithal) a means to e-mail their documents (with proof of transmission) to the Protocol’s suggested Principles, as well as makes available to these Moors an immediate vehicle by which to direct anyone (such as corporate ordinance enforcers) who may be questing or demanding the authenticity of their Status, and is an immediate means by which to validate same.  We have also found the postings to be a significant encouragement for others to Nationalize (if nothing else).   We do however also as mentioned, strongly stress the importance of Moors safeguarding their Non-public, Private Information and guarding against the open dissemination of ANY personal information (i.e. ones address, photographs and the like) in any general Public Registries.  As for the posting of I.D. Cards on our site, the only I.D. Card posted on the Moorish Directory is my personal I.D. Card which is used simply as a visual graphic example of how a Valid National I.D. Card looks and appropriate  measures were taken wherein the card’s personal information (address) has been redacted.  As for my card’s photograph not being obscured, well, . . I personally have no issue with that as I would also have no issue with showing myself on YouTube unobstructed; but do recommend against others following suite without good reason.

One caller was confused about a recent posting on R.V. Bey which stated:

Our response to that particular caller was the same as what we frequently remind callers and e-mail inquirers of, and that is, that despite our extremely high regard and admiration for R.V. In that we understand from the words of Our Prophet Noble Drew Ali that our movement is both without doubt National & Divine, we heartily encourage ALL Moors to find a temple that is “right for you”.  And when you do, we sincerely hope of course it is right with Allah as well.  Although by design it is of course natural that a state of solid uniformity is an optimal condition when it comes to subordinate branches of any established organization (and the minds and temperaments of their principles) possessing synchronized unity of common goals.  However, being human is also natural, and all of us being only human remain in a process of growth, striving to improve our individual and collective conditions.  So, should you find at any point the task of locating a temple that’s right for you a daunting, difficult or frustrating process, we encourage you to continue studying as you pursue your diligent efforts searching for a temple whose leadership’s teachings are in harmony with those of our DIVINE Prophet Noble Drew Ali’s.  How will you know if a temple is in fact in true harmony and accord with the Prophet’s Teachings?  STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!
