Thank you for visiting.   If you’re visiting this page, there’s evidently an issue which needs our personal attention.  For this, we sincerely ask that you please accept our heartfelt apology for any inconvenience what ever particular technical difficulty you are experiencing may have caused you.

Over the course of the last few days we have received several calls from certain members who have been experiencing difficulties logging in after completing of their membership upgrades (from their FREE Limited Access Level, to their Up-gradedPlatinum Full Access Memberships).  Some have been receiving error messages, while others have been experiencing other similar issues.  Whatever you issue may be, we’re certain it should only take us a few moments to resolve your problem once your service order is received by one of our technicians.  So, if for some reason we’re unable to answer at the time of your call, you should receive our Message System, in which you’ll be asked to please leave us a detailed message as to the nature of your call, and you can be assured we’ll begin working on your issue immediately once one of our staff has had an opportunity to review and log your support request.   Currently we are able to review our voicemail requests at least three or four times a day (up until 5 O’clock) in intervals of about 2-3 hours apart, but on average are usually able to actually catch your call and speak to you without a need for you to leave a message.

Should for any reason you need to leave us a message after normal working hours please do feel free to do so at the number provided above. We only ask that you please talk slowly and be sure to provide a Good Working Phone Number for us to contact you at. You may be certain that you will receive a call back from one of our knowledgeable and friendly technical staff members at our very first opportunity.
